    Probably happened at the bottom due to hot moist air conensing on colder surface at the bottom. Just smear some silicon over the cut edge and allow to dry before re-hanging the door

    Any condensation will evaporate. Especially with underfloor heating. Personnely I would take it on the surface, not in the cavity, above the DPC as you probably won't know at this stage what your outside ground level will be. Use flat ducting.

    I think you might struggle to find anyone other than Miele to repair your washer. but they do a fixed price repair if you cannot resolve it yourself. If it is going through a spin cycle but not emptying complely it does sound like the waste is obsructed or the pumo motor is failing
