    Get some cramer email star cleaner ( toolstation/home base) it will get it all off without damaging the bath. It's a matched hardness abrasive cleaner bit like t-cut but fof baths., will cut through years of limescale in seconds it's also great for slight scratches on radiators.

    Yes but a lot of the time the sawmills rip down 8x4 to make 4x2. If you halving something you cannot make it larger. Also explains where they lose the size the rip blade width on already par timber..

    A lot of the early ones weren't plastic coated. The moist condense flue gases eat the metal ones and they fall apart after a few years.
