Have you checked the fuse in the DWashers plug ?

    Dishwasher tripping power switch

MCB trips if there is a short circuit or an overload . As you appear to have re set the MCB successfully, and the DWasher doesn't work, that would be indicative of an internal fault within it. Is the DW actually being electrically energised , any lights on it working ? By the way the leak on...

    Dishwasher tripping power switch

What exactly tripped ,show us a picture if you don't know what type of breaker it is. Don't know if the access on your dishwasher for flood tray is that shown in your pic ,but suspect it is. Unless water has got onto the wiring to the dishwasher ,or into it , from the leak ,it's unlikely to be...

    Compression fitting problem

On any compression fitting on a copper pipe ,including one that is " correctly fitted",the olive can be pulled off the pipe with an olive puller ,and can usually be removed by tapping the nut against the olive with a spanner , leaving the pipe itself with no visible damage ,and able to be re...

    Compression fitting problem

Freezing water in a pipe creates immense pressure as the water expands ,easily enough to pull apart a compression fitting. I have seen 8 inch diameter cast iron pipes in sprinkler systems split when frozen ,a little olive on a compression fitting is miniscule in comparison.

    Boiler overpressurised, Filler left open

Probably not ,see how it goes. What is the gauge / pressure reading now ? I suspect it may need topping up.

    Heated towel rail

Yes ,will only work when central heating is on. If you don't want that rad to heat up ,you only need to close one valve ( either one would do )

    Heated towel rail

Apologies, left out the word anti ( got distracted). Both should be anti clockwise.

    Heated towel rail

Both valves opened anti clockwise should allow the radiator to heat up. Have you bled that radiator of air ? Looks like it is part of your central heating system and not dual fuel.

Bodge fix to slow leaking radiator connection -better rad on or off and plumber mait? denso tape?

If tightening the joint where the supply pipe enters the valve doesn't stop the leak ,it will need taking apart to sort it out. Plumbers mait is wholly useless for using as you suggest ,as is denso tape. A picture of the joint may be helpful.

    Basin Waste to P Trap

As long as you are not cross threading the plastic nut ,it's highly unlikely that 2 traps are the problem . The trap should screw on easily. You may have a European waste fitting that is not a BSP thread. ******* Edit ,just seen your added pics ,and it's now obvious that the inner diameter of...
