I mean the corner of were the plinth goes.

The sub floor should be dry then. Weird that. You haven’t had a leak from above I take it. Any old water pipes close by or under the screed ? Other than the UFH.

Order should of been Screed goes down Leave 30 days Switch on UFH low temp to force dry the screed for 30 days Moisture test If dry smoothing compound , 2 days later lay LVT If still got damp in it switch heating back on

What date did the screed get done. What date did the self leveller ( smoothing compound ) get done What date did the LVT get fitted ?

That sika should stick it. Or buy a tin of contact spray

It would do if any moisture got into it.

Best way to go if doing LVT is get an asphalt subfloor at 20mm thickness. Then you get a smoothing compound then LVT

Other choice is go carpet with a rubber crumb underlay.

No Dpm under the sub floor in most cases. Sometimes old thin visqueen which has perished. Really needs a Dpm sandwich Ardex na Ardex DPM1c Ardex na

Just take it up and do it properly. 15 min job each room.

Are the ceramics solid ? Is it an asphalt sub floor or old adhesive ?

No just leave it down. Great flooring. Just don’t glue anything to it. Float wood over it no problem.

We just fill them white Dpm sheet and screed and insulation. But if not use quickstep incizo trim
