If your old pipe is LCC, let the cutter do the work, don't over push, you can get away with cheap cooking oil as your cutting oil if you must.

I think I would look to get the boiler installer back to check it as its only a few months old.

Its possible that the White pipe shown is the problem IF it been incorrectly fitted .i.e part blocking the main stack if to long and not fitted flush in the boss.

These boilers are worth keeping if it's a simple fix and that's your only problem you have. I would get anther heating engineer to investigate.

Sounds like a loose connection. You need to arrange for a heating engineer to make tests etc

As it comes with a lid, a diy tip for the expansion pipe; Cut a plastic pop bottle in half. The the lid, make a hole so the bottle neck just goes through this hole. Make a hole in the cap as big as possible. Push pop bottle DIY funnel through lid hole and hold in place with "holed bottle cap"...

Have you looked at the price of buying 5 yourself, £150 for 5 + fitting, + draining and refilling+ time etc = ubelievable price!
