Get them back out to check the heat exchanger. If when they take the combustion chamber cover off there is any staining on the side insulation panels or the heat exchanger has green staining(normally at the sides of it),it needs changed. Don't be afraid to ask them to show you the inside off the...

Connecting new fan to potterton boiler.

REPEAT ADVICE!!, you may have had your boiler serviced but if you have opened up the conmbustion chamber to replace the fan, it needs to be checked again by a gas safe engineer. FFS why do people think its alright to mess about with gas appliances. Get it checked. No one on this forum is going...

    Worcester combi boiler problems

Aluminium heat module?, i take it you mean the heat exchanger?, not likely if you're getting heat with the stat turned up. Did the engineer check the resistance readings on the sensors?. It definately sounds like a sensor/potentiometer fault to me.

    vokera linea 24 losing pressure

If all your radiators and radiator valves are dry and there is no leaks around your boiler and you're sure there's no water coming out off the pressure relief pipe, then get a gas safe engineer to check the main heat exchanger on your boiler, vokera boilers off the type you have are famous for...
