    If pitches are dissimilar then things are not straightforward as you might think . Yes the gauges look all over the place . But it certainly could be tiled . That much is correct A pig course near the top though

    You'll need a bat survey by ecologists as Catlad says They may spend a bit of time sitting in your garden waiting to see if bats go in or out , if so what types . Then they are likely to say when you can carry out works . They may even want you to soft strip the roof . They watch your roofers...

    There's a lead tray low in the wall which would protect the lower roof which I think is your neighbours as it's low down . This leaves the higher roof unprotected from water within the brickwork above that tray . That's what I see .
