    Worcester key filling loop

The key is simply a "bridge" for water flow. Water runs between the black o rings. What Worcester do you have? If a greenstar id recommend setting the pressure to 1bar exactly and isolating the flow and return over night. Will need to leave the boiler off. In the morning check the pressure. If...

No Central Heating: Ideal Independent C24

If it works for hot water then you know the boilers functioning. So I'd start looking at timer, roomstat, ch thermistors as a start point.

    Insulating megaflow unvented tank

Just to eliminate the fire risk. My unvented tanks in my loft, classed as outside air and holds the heat well!

    Insulating megaflow unvented tank

They're very well insulated as standard. If wrapping more round it avoid the immersion and cylinder stat. Make sure the hot water draw off is well lagged.

    Pyronix Enforcer door chime.

What are you on about. I've had an alarm professionally installed by an alarm company. I'd like to have it chime when my door opens. I asked if it was easy to do by adjusting some settings. When it became apparent it wasn't that easy to do I said I'd call the alarm company who fitted it to...

    Pyronix Enforcer door chime.

It's only been in a couple of weeks. Really nice guy who fitted it (friend of a friend) so can't see there being a problem.

    Pyronix Enforcer door chime.

No a company installed it. I'll call them tomorrow. I presume it would be the default unless they changed it?!? I'll give him a bell tomorrow.

Thanks for this mate. Struggling to get into engineer mode. I'm entering the code and expecting it to give me an option. Is this right?

    Pyronix Enforcer door chime.

Thanks sparkymark. Is this quite self explanatory once in engineering mode?

Peoples thoughts on the Ryobi One+ set

If you can justify the price tag I agree go for it. I can't however due to the limited use. I have nothing but praise for the Ryobi gear so far, my neighbour has been using them for years and this fills me with confidence......

Peoples thoughts on the Ryobi One+ set

The makita kits are big money and not worth it for my small amount of DIY use but the Ryobi stuff is great. I'm just about to get a driver set and sell on the battery and charger. Can't go wrong!

Peoples thoughts on the Ryobi One+ set

Forgotten about this thread. I took your advice and went for the 4a/h kit and haven't looked back. I'm enjoying building the one+ collection!

    Best wireless Alarm?

I did ask about the App based alarm but was told it included a monthly subscription which put me off. I simply want it to alert me if alarm is activated. I don't have a landline so GSM was a perfect solution.

    Best wireless Alarm?

Well it took a while to get sorted but I've had a Pyronix Enforcer GSM alarm professionally fitted at a very good price. Very happy with the alarm! Thanks for all the advise!
