hi you will need to use an oil based paint eg white undercoat or you can buy a stain block in a tin or a spray can

white oil based undercoat will cover over it drys in a couple of hours too make sure everything well covered as its oil based and you have plenty of ventilation as it is quite stroung when wet

i have used an ally platform aprox 3 foot long can be bought most places lightweight also folds up an its easy moved

if the paper wont come off id skim over it wouldnt unibond it though unless the chalk is showing from the plasterboard then id unibond the chalk to kill the suction

whats behind the paper is it fininshing plaster or can you see if its just plasterboard well worth a look if poss

not yet but its switched off at the isolater switch

shower working fine after about 5 minutes it starts to smell of burning

can anyone tell me whats the difference between a cheap electric shower and the more expensive ones
