To be honest I cant remember the exact details but I know they were shocked because they had to pay 50 quid per job (and doing 2 radiators was classed as 2 jobs)...since then its sort of scared me out of getting this kind of cover. I'd certainly consider it if I knew there were no hidden extra...

Hi, recently my combi boiler's ignition light has not been coming on now and again when we're running the water (no hot water !!!). Admittedly its only happened about 4 times in the last month but I'm aware I'll need to get it looked at. It was serviced last December when a pump went on it...
