Property is 20 years old, so I don't think its too old. I have tried the bucket of water trick and that has helped a bit, but still not back to normal. I now have tried plunging, using an auger (but that seems to go through easily), and now the bucket of water.

Lately downstairs toilet, when flushing only slowly drains the water not enough to pull the waste down, then after about an hour the water almost disappears completely. I used an auger but has made no difference. Any ideas? :?:
