Quick update for anyone with the same problem - lights all flashing. It wasn't the module that was the problem, when I delved into the machine further I noticed that there was a length of wire jamming the pump. It looks like it was the underwire from a bra! Removed the wire and we're good to go.

Hi folks I have the problem where the lights all flash up. I've looked through the postings and managed to take out the motherboard to look at the PCB's. I can't see anything obviously wrong with the Capacitors but I also can't see C17? (Well I can find a C17 - but it isn't a capacitor it is...
