    I can't feel or hear any noticeable spinning from the pump. The tank is about 1/3 full so seems ok from what you said.     Hi, Not sure what I should be checking with the pump? I took the front cover off to make sure the wires were in properly and they seem fine. Both the small and big tank in the loft have water in them. Cheers
