I think now what the gas company meant is the area around the bottom of wall a track is needed for the pipe to sit flush against wall going into the bottom of the box. At first i thought they meant the ground needed to be level. What you guys think?

I am getting gas brought up to the side of house along driveway. The gas company have stated i need a plinth at box. It says pipe needs flat surface ground to box. Why? The ground is basically flat maybe very mimimul sloping that is very hard to notice.

What third part smart thermostat would work with the boiler around about the £150 mark?

Is the EPH CP4i Compatible with Worcester Greenstar 4000 Combi Boiler. I have been told it will work bytthe opentherm wont work.

Can j sync the ember app with the EPH CPi4 thermostat without having to set anything on the thetmostat? I just watched a video and the guy set daily programs on the thermostat then done same on app. Can i not simply set my programs on app to sync with thetmostat?

Yes its for hot water aswell. What boiler would you reccomend? It needs to fit in a small hot press so roughly the same size as the one i mentioned.

So is the heating company reccomending an oversized boiler? Or can it be set at a lower KW?

I am in northern ireland and there is only two suppliers to choose from as far as i am aware. I think there is more ootiin to shop around for oil. I just cant decide what to do and need to decide by lunch time tomorrow.

I have been accepted for a heating grant and i dont know if i shoukd stick with oil or change to gas. I live in a small two bedroon bungalow aprox 51 square meters.
