It was a pig to install because I had to cut the wall, install a lintel and fire proof board the enclosure and to top it all there's a draught for your troubles coupled with the fact that the efficiency is so low.     It could be a number of problems. Does the fan stay on when the fire stops? If the main burner goes out after 20 seconds it may well be the thermocouple which is comparitevely cheap compared to the control box (£80), the fan control box (£120) and the fan (£75). Baxi discontinued these...
