    What is the output connected to? How are you verifying that the output does not trigger, have you yested the output voltage with multimeter ?

    What device u trying to trigger..... have u actually tested the voltage on the OP terminal with a multi meter?

    When you have switched the jumper pin for the battery over, remove the 12v supply to the bell, if it rings then you do not need to replace the battery.

    This is the battery below the red arrow. The battery would only be called upon if there was a total power failure, or if set to SCB

    Looks like the battery isnt turned on either... move the bottom jumper pin over to the left

    I would guess u turn misc 3 options 2+3 on, then set resistor values in option 30

    If you are using EOL resistors u need to program this on the panel cant remember which options are required

    That was for the ones where u could set your alarm, come home and walk around the house without anything activating lol

    It means u will need the engineer code to reset the system after a tamper alarm of its on. I was thinking more along the lines of a loose wire being disturbed as u oress the keypad..... have u opened it yet ?

    Could just be a loose wire lol u wont know til u open it. U can silence the tamper alarm with fob once activated....... hopefully not been left on engineer restore.......
