I doubt you would ever need to upgrade the firmware. Pyronix Enforcer ticks all the boxes :) Not sure but you may need to purchase the back-plate and cover separately from the kit! A bit daft if you do but that really is the only negative I can think of apart from the app cost of £3 per month...

In my opinion you are throwing good money after bad. I find the kit awful. Bite the bullet and replace everything with Pyronix Enforcer equipment and relax for the next 10 years or so.

Timer not set as 250 is it? Think 250 disables the fault.

No sorry no panel. Do you get any fault alert at all? Amber LED flashing? Anything in the log?

Oh. If the system is in 'App' mode the timer is in minutes. If not then I believe it is in seconds. Don't think this stated in the manual though :rolleyes:

Press D on the keypad. Enter the master code. Keep pressing No until 'Block UDL' is displayed and make sure this is disabled. By default it is enabled which allows the installer to connect anytime he likes without you ever knowing. It is a major error by Pyronix that no alert is created when...

Hikvision ColourVu cameras seem to be very popular. They apparently have a bright white light that keeps the image colour even in total darkness. The light level can be adjusted or even disabled if not needed.

But ok if you change the batteries every 2 years? Can you a little more specific please as I'm a little confused by this.

Looks good to me mate. Maybe learn it before fitting if you are not familiar with the process but it is very easy.

This unit has the ‘comfort LED’s’ built in so you do not need the external led lights. They are normally required for the dummy box only.

Make sure you give the detector enough time to ‘arm’ itself. Normally almost instant but I’d wait at least 30 seconds before triggering the detector.

09 is correct. Make sure that input 01 is programmed for both areas A & B.

I'd go for 2000 then add whichever option suits your installation. Every option is programmable regardless of defaulting to ungraded or graded.
