    Rgr mate. Got ya. And yes, even as a layperson, when I saw it I could see it was bad. And then hearing the dripping within the wall today started ringing more bells, so I cut a hole in the wall to see if my suspicion was correct. Low and behold, I'm now ****ting in a bag in the garden.

    @Elsa TLC @CountryFan Thanks for these replies guys. I will post some more pics later on. @HERTS P&D if that means a macerator toilet then yes mate, it is. Sorry, I have no clue with regards to plumbing etc.

    Andy, No idea mate. It's the waste pipe coming from the new downstairs toilet. My initial thoughts were the same reference size, so I made it a 'no poo loo'.
