    wrong gas valve?

    HI. I have a lpg valaint turbomax plus boiler 2003 model.it sometimes switches itself off. engineer tells me it has wrong gas valve for lpg. says it should have a red gas valve were as the one fitted is white which is for mains. valaint tell me the white one is correct for lpg. any help appreciated.
