Nope, they all can vary significantly and don't affect us on the ground. There are multiple layers of air that isolate changes from each other.

The weather at ground level is irrelevant. Its the conditions at flight level that matter, and those can vary a lot without any impact on the ground.

So how close were these planes flying to each other so you think? At what altitude? You said the same altitude, I'm curious how exact that 'same' is. Precisely the same or plus/minus 10ft, 100ft, 1000ft, 10,000ft?

Thats not how plane routing works. If they're on crossing paths then they're a minimum of 3,000 feet different. A lot of use? Estimate? It lists the altitude in flight radar 24. I don't think you really do use those tools.
