Two things. Burnham has gone on record for saying we shouldn't be in hock to the bond markets. Suggesting he's either a fantasist, or extremely financially illiterate. As he's a socialist I'm leaning heravily towards the latter. And, even Mussolini made the trains run on time. :mrgreen:
