    Yes.

    Peeling tape

I guess it is plasterboard jointing tape. I’d trim the most jagged bits, then fill over the rest.

    Coax over Ethernet?

    Still not very accurate though.

Fairy lights on 24/7 is it safe?

    Coax over Ethernet?

They might kinda work for something like CCTV, but I’d be amazed if they worked for a TV aerial signal. (If you do try, please let us know what happens!)

Stormdry paint vs lime render for external walls

Nope. Applying cream to the walls will not provide any insulation. Not much insulation, unless it is a specific insulating render with tiny glass beads in it or something. You need to determine whether (a) the walls are cold, resulting in condensation, or (b) the walls are leaking water. Or...

Hissing noise from dishwasher after gas installation advice

No smell of gas when you open the dishwasher? :) My guess: they turned off the water when they changed the boiler, and when they turned it back on they opened the valve further than it had been before. Now your water flow rate is a bit higher. Or: just a coincidence.

    Fuse box tripping?

OK.... I agree that a faulty RCBO is a possibility, but frankly, if you can't tell the difference between the incoming cable TV wire and the mains electricity, then you shouldn't be doing anything inside your consumer unit.

    Fuse box tripping?

As I see it, there are a few options for you now: 1. You get a competent electrician in, who will use a test meter to look for leakage (e.g. due to dampness) in that circuit, and narrow it down by disconnecting items (e.g. at ceiling roses) one at a time until the problem has been found. (This...

New oil to gas install. Bottom of rads cold.

Do the radiator pipes both connect to the bottom of the radiators, or does one connect to the top and one to the bottom?

Heat Pumps and Zones (or not?)

Yes, voodoo rubbish. “How do you know this is cheaper than running it 24/7 and keeping the whole house at 21 degrees constantly?” - because it’s obvious, unless your brain has been fogged by too many borderline-consipracy youtube videos.

Bathroom heated mirror - exposed wagos used to make electrical connection

Is that definitely how it is supposed to be fixed to the wall? It could end up hanging by the cable, which would not be great even without the wago issue. Where did you get the mirror?

    Fuse box tripping?

Please tell us how you found this person. Do they claim to belong to any of the “competent” schemes? Did they put any of the things you’ve written above in writing?

Bathroom heated mirror - exposed wagos used to make electrical connection

Does it simply lift off, or is a tool needed? Why? Existing wire is fine.

Oil to gas install do i need to run the hot water tap?

Do what the installers tell you to do.

    Installing concrete floor

Here’s a previous thread about this: https://www.diynot.com/diy/threads/temporary-permanent-stair-support-for-insulation-ufh.650065/ I think others have asked the same question; search the forum.
