Just make sure bath don't move. Should sit on battens and also add leg going up wall from floor to wall batten. Silicone along the bath. Use the correct silicone for a bath. If the silicone is not the correct one it won't stick properly. If the water gets past the first line of silicone...

Indian sandstone corner proving a pain

Not lay it and use for cuts. If that's all you have there is not much you can do unless you want to try and chip it away, but that's not really possible. If you grind it back it will show. To resolve you need to replace it

Shaver socket, beard trimmer and future-proofing the bathroom

We have a 3pin socks just outside bathroom door in the hallway. Sorted. Although I don't use it but the Mrs does sometimes. I think it goes against safety concerns these days having power in the bathroom. Not that anyone I know has had a problem.

I've used different DNS and it messes up the internet so you can't do things. Last DNS I used was 1.1.1.1 and worked great for a few weeks then the trouble started. Maybe the paid DNS servers are better

I heard a interview Kleczynski who developed malware bytes when he was very young. He had a problem with his computer so got the college tech department to look at it. They run malware bytes while he watched on on without saying a word.

    Flourescent tube for kitchen lighting.

You bought a led tube. Has Loads of LED lights inside. That won't work although you can buy bulbs and some bits to convert light but not worth it. You need the older gas filled tube that's started to be discontinued. Is it just the old style £4 ISH fluoresce tube? 2 foot tube?

300mm drain riser? Not sure what you are connecting to... You can get 32 and 40mm boss straps for 110mm soil pipe. You can get 32mm and 40mm rubber bung to take 32mm or 40mm pipe... You can also buy service plugs they use after drilling hole for camera.. I think drill 32mm hole for rubber...

Extractor fan vent duct making a noise all the time in the ceiling

@Rotor888 If the motor is off and there is no wind yet a plastic is making a noise I'd say it's not the pipe. I'm puzzled TBH.

    Indian sandstone mortar depth

Yeah. That will do. I find the 45mm about as thick as you want to go. As for base 100mm is great. Some of mine is around 50mm but I'm not digging it out to remove the clay under.. Where I lifted slabs it can stay. I just removed the sand and cement and left the type 1

    Removing Wall Anchors - Help!

They are bigger behind plasterboard as they spread out when screwed. Just no way to crush the back part that I know of to allow them to come out. Plus the plasterboard is soft so you need to hold them to bend.. They aren't very good but that's a problem with plasterboard.
