    Hi, my daughters Focus went into limp mode and then stopped completely. It seems like the battery is flat as it won't turn over. I have a basic OBD reader which shows P0340 and P0344 which I gather is a camshaft position sensor fault. Would this drain the battery or is it something else.

    If you remove the two bottom short screws and carefully drill through the metal panel you can swap the previous middle long screws into new material of outer the door panel.

    I wouldn't chuck any more money at it but you have changed the oven fan motor and not the cooling fan motor 12004794 that E6100 can be.

    Shouldn't feel warm after 4 cold rinses unless you have got it on hot fill by mistake. Put it on a 90 degree wash and after 15-20 mins. feel if the door glass is warm.

    That model has a brushless motor, leaving 1 in the display is a sign of a fault sometimes the heating element, hence washing forever. if you have or can access a multimeter the heating element is accessed from the back.Drain/Gentle spin/Quick wash are timed programs.

    One or more of the drum supports has broken allowing the front of the drum to rub the seal. Probably a write off.

    If the noise keeps going when the drum pauses the condensation pump can still be running. Thay do have a tendency to squeal when warm. Check the back of the dryer where the pump is when the noise is happening , inside the grey plastic box lower right.
