I have a ground floor toilet next to a bath. Can I connect them both into a grey branch pipe with an air admittance valve at the top and the connections opposite each other at the same level? I'm just wondering if there is a rule forbidding this. Thanks.

I dont see why it shouldn't work. Ican fit an air admittance valve to stop the p trap emptying when the toilet flushes. It's all about keeping the BCO happy. Not being a plumber either, I didn't know if it would be a cardinal sin!

I want to fit a bath and toilet on the ground floor. I need to lay all new drains for it. Can I terminate the 110 soil pipe with an elbow to bring it up to floor level and connect the bath waste to it and then connect the toilet a couple of feet downstream using an eqal tee? Are tee connectors...

I'm concerned with his aproach because the first application had to be withdrawn because he applied to demolish. That is a total no no in this area. The agreement was that we wanted plans and permission. He seems to be trying to project manage.

Well, its shut down a couple of times since and each time removing and refitting the battery has worked... but why? It keeps losing the broadband connection as well (orange livebox) any ideas? we have a PC and thats OK. Maybe this needs a new thread. :?
