    What's the model number, is it defo a heat pump condensor drier or just a condensor drier. Either way it shouldn't sound like that.

    Just go for the cheapest same size and wattage. Some of the chrome rims are 4mm and some 8mm but will still fit.

    No heating element in that one, it has a heat pump or basically a refrigeration unit inside. Quantity of refigerant on the label would indicate that.

    You can use either, the white ones will be the same as the failed ones you have.The black ones are softer C00251802 and will give you a better chance of a lengthy repair.

    They are the extra hard laminated brushes that overheat and stick in the holders. Try a normal set C00251802.

    Most likely the inlet valve on the machine is letting a small amount of water in. Shut the water supply off and you should find it stops seeping in, then change the inlet valve on the machine. The brown part of the water softener is the crystals and that is the colour of them leave alone.

    That is a mains suppressor, mains filter, mains smoother it protects the electronics. You have a brush motor not an induction motor so no capacitor. Tumble dryers, dishwashers have capacitor motors. Motor capacitors do fail but I can assure you that is not the case with your machine.

    It's a brush motor, it's a suppressor, it's not a start capacitor. Please don't confuse the OP.

    The capacitor is a mains suppressor, nothing to do with the motor.

    When the machine is empty of water put it on the drain cycle take the filter out and see if the pump impellor is turning . Selecting spin only on a Bosch does give a one minute approx. pause before the drum starts turning.The PCB is behind the fascia.

    Have a close look at the lower spray arms, they sometimes spilt on the side seams and put a sideways jet of water out, overwhelming the lower seal.

    Yes. Power off, pull the cooker out, remove back panel of cooker, locate the two screw heads and undo.

    Please OP, take the back off, find the two philips headed screws and undo them. regardless of whether the new one is threaded the old one is.
