    75c is too hot and will be very expensive to run. Anything below ~3.5 (350% efficiency) is not a good idea. HPs are more than 100% efficient, they can go up to 600-700%.     DIsconnect each rad, take outside flush with water till clean and remount. Make sure you flush from all holes (bottom and top) to get a good clean. Once all rads are clean, get the plumber to do a powerflush and see how that goes. You might be able to get away with it if your system it gunked up.

    Thanks for the responses. Is there any difference between low/high expansion foam ? The foam expands in the direction of least resistance so I've never understood those who are averse to using the high expansion stuff.

    Does anyone have any experience with frameless roof lights ? The types where the glass is glued on ? I want to get a 750mm x 750mm triple glazed unit and install in place of a polyester dome. The unit will be quite heavy (30-40kg), but am worried about it blowing off if we have severe winds.
