    Under Floor Heating Temperature

Look up priority hot water with your boiler. It would need some pipework and component changes. Not exactly sure without research but it may allow you to have temp for DHW different to that for CH... your boiler may or may not support this... You could also look into CCTs (close coupled tees)...

    Under Floor Heating Temperature

You could make the system priority hot water and then set the CH flow temp to suit the UFH and rads.

What trap, washing machine and dryer

Don't know if the spigots come with something that will take the condensate hose from the dryer... You'll have to make it fit if it doesn't.

    Pan Connector not central

Could me marmite for all I know ;) Taste it maybe :) Twist and pull and maybe some washing up liquid to help push n pull.

    Under Floor Heating Temperature

Well, if all but the smallest zones are off, and the mixing valve works as it should during open zone demand, then the mixing valve may, as wunda have said, become overwhelmed! The boiler pump should also modulate to decrease the flow rate and not over stress the mixer. Do you have any...

OK, so, just to confirm... The only loop with issues is the hallway one, when all other circuits are satisfied?

    Under Floor Heating Temperature

OK but is the flow pipe going into the correct port on the blending valve? 55° is not out of the park for UFH flow temp. What is the target floor temp for your LVT? What can it withstand? How and where are you measuring temperatures?

It's not a valve. It's the fan speed and burner which "modulate" - basically like your foot up and down on a car accelerator pedal, or turning a gas hob dial up and down.

What's the GC number of your greenstar? If it's a modern one, it should have a turndown ratio of 10:1, meaning that it can modulate down to 10% of its maximum output so - 30kW to 3kW. If your ufh heatloss is lower than this, the boiler will cycle on and off. But! The blending valve should...

Is flow and return the correct way round, going into the blending valve?

What is this? Not sure what you're referring to here!

    What's this press fitting brand?

Thanks to all repliers. Backflushing worked and I got this out of the MLCP...

    WC Connector Boss Vent

I've always known the connection to be for a vent and the description on your link concurs. I have also used them to connect other drains though... Basin, condense etc.

    Filling loop passing slightly?

When you replace it, make sure you put the NRV part of the loop on the mains feed... Forget the way it comes made up. Then it's easier to drain in future.

    New Boiler issues..

How many rads? How old is the system? Is it 15mm throughout even right near to boiler?

    New Boiler issues..

How have they filled in the benchmark commissioning page? What did they put where it asks about radiators/system being properly balanced?

Worcester-Bosch Greenstar 24i Junior - Hot Water Not Very Hot

Incoming Flow rate and delta T of boiler first (usually 35° rise from cold main temp). Then measure flow rate at a hot tap. If it's not performing as per MI's then look for crossover.
