Thanks for your reply guys. Gas112 yes after I posted I was looking at the photo myself again and thought it could be a drip from one of those 2 connections seeping down. I'll clean the whole lot up and check it better.

I have a slight leak on the this double pipe fitting on the top left of the picture. It seems to be where the whole fitting threads into the top of the cylinder. Is it possible to disconnect the 2 pipes and using a large spanner unscrew this fitting, clean everything up, wrap thread with PTFE...
