    actually I reckon it's the employers pressing the govt. Employers prefer skilled/willing labour.. wherever it comes from.. why train unemployed brits(black or white or any other) when they can import them pre-trained/willing to take very low wages and 0 hour contracts.

    AVG And windows updates

    Hello. I've an acer aspire with win 7. I want the updates to be fully automatic but AVG and possibly spybot mess it up on shutdown. Can i do a shutdown script so i don't have to deactivate avg or spybot manually when i shutdown?

    Hello, Looked into the training course but not sure about the physical aspect of the job. does it entail climbing ladders, getting PPE kit on and drilling big holes through walls lugging big heavy rolls of cable? not sure if it would be similar to electricians.. I've asked the training provider...

    Sounds like your in luck if its sheltered. OP may help you out here, looking at the security tape, it may also be breathable.. don't quote me though. sorry i couldn't be more helpful

    They are plastic, come in different thicknesses, think he used 3mm thick ones. They are wide enough to support each pane of glass yet flush so as not to protrude and interfere with the beading and about 10cm long. Upvc frames have vent holes but not sure how you'd vent the ones your fitting...

    Front door won't lock

    If you've swapped barrels and still have the same fault when trying to lock door with the door open i'd say it's the hook mechanism. They are pretty easy to get out. I had the same fault. When replacing make sure it's well adjusted as if you leave any stiffness when operating it'll fail early.

Black security glazing tape was used to keep weather out and the unit seated on spacers to help keep the unit ventilated with vents also cut into the recess between spacers at bottom to allow moisture escape..
