    Intergas boiler

Sorry, my reply doesn't answer that question. Heat only boilers will usually have a fan and gas valve, pump is usually external. I'm not familiar with that model tbh.

    Intergas boiler

Fan pump gas valve and flow switch for hot water. Most other boilers have diverter valves, diaphragm, pump proving switch etc etc. Also no plate heat exchanger in an intergas, which , are prone to blockages on dirty systems.

    Intergas boiler

I fix all the different brands and models of boilers, as a local independent boiler engineer. Took a 14yr old Worcester out of my own house last year and fitted a 36/30 hre. Always fit intergas with customers too. 4 moving parts, so little to go wrong mechanically. Simple boiler but ugly! Bung...

    Baxi 105e hot water fluctuating

I'd rule out a faulty non return valve on the shower first before pulling the boiler apart.

    Baxi 105e hot water fluctuating

Should have said partial blockage tbh. Amount of water going through plate is reduced , water gets up to temp quicker so thermistor acts correctly. It's also possible the shower head needs cleaning or a non return valve is stuck open. Usually the hot side on the shower.

    Plumbers cocked up boiler install?

OP says ' I'm moving into a new place' That would suggest they already own it. If the OP has not bought it yet, I would advise to walk away from the purchase, unless it's their dream home and can afford to have the boiler refitted correctly. From the pics I seriously doubt it's been...

    Boiler pressure keeps dropping

Re pressurise the system. Turn off boiler Isolate flow and return under the boiler. Wait 24hrs, if pressure is ok on boiler it's not that, if pressure drops when you open iso valves, the leak is on your system. A few minor weeps that evaporate can also be a cause.
