Whats it show in the logs ? Sounds like set fail timer has expired before your exit timer

Yes it will work. Keypad will flash orange but no sound

Disconnect 1 of the wires then the tamper fault will remain so it wont keep going off until your engineer comes back

If u have learned the contacts to inout 17+18 make sure zem 1 is enabled under INSTALL ZEMS

Users codes / fobs need to be programmed via manager menu on keypad, so no camnot do via app. Each user when programmed via the keypad will be assigned to areas, i.e A - full set, B night set, depending on what areas you have programmed you can assign areas to users accordingly.

The only difference with the pet one is the lense filter. If u got cats then wouldnt bother

That is correct ARC takes priority if cloud priority is set to low (default)

His office is probably not using the app module for arc comms. Digi air connected does the app and arc.

U can set cloud priority to high instead of low which assume would do what u want but then would it still send a delayed close signal to the arc ? I dont know

Yeh it kicks you off to send the signal to the ARC

And hes gunna come and do it again in 12 months lol
