The tiles should be cut so that each side of the valley meets without any gaps. Hard to see but the angles of the two roofs may need a different type of valley. Google close cut tiled valleys

If the ceiling joists connected to the rafters you have probably weakened your roof, the ceiling joists help stop the spread of the roof. Think you need to employ a structural engineer

So you have said what works he is doing in a previous post and then later say you cannot see any progress. Are you watching all the time? Lot of work is not seen, you only see the finished result, not the preparation. Pay him double, and it is still a good price

Did you try increasing pump speed on new one?

Air lock, try turning gas off at boiler, Turn system on and alternate pump speed settings to shift air away from the boiler
