Soakaway Possibly Blocked, please help !!!

You would first run a hose down the pipe when it’s not raining and see if the water comes up through the ground and floods the garden.

    Lowering ceiling by 100mm?

I’m getting the wood for this on Saturday. I was thinking of using 3x2 and fixing a 6”ish piece to the existing joists with a couple of screws then going under that with a full piece a bit like this (not to scale): What’s the difference between 3x2 CLS and normal 3x2?

    New Foundation over existing sewer

The pipe will be 6” and if you wanted to replace it with plastic so you don’t have that collar under your foundation, you will need a short length of pipe and 2 x AC6000 bandseals.

Water supply pipe diameter and reducer

All the ones I see are 25mm on the house side connected to the supply by which ever fitting is required. They should have a 25-32 for connecting to your new pipe.

Anything better than the blue soundboards?

I saw they do a really thin system: https://www.soundstop.co.uk/soundproofing/soundproofing-walls/Tecsound-wall-solution6.php But you have to screw the plasterboards through the rubber to fix them. I think maybe stick with the blue boards fixed with foam and put a load of picture frames up...

Reducing sound through party wall, which insulation?

Is there a better product than the blue boards? I put them in the alcoves at my house and they don’t seem to do much.
