Does anyone know what to do? Its a Scantronic I-ON30EXD and this is the only keypad that has ever been on the system. It is showing the following and I don't know what it means. Any help will be much appreciated.

You can replace the box with any bell box as long as its hardwired. Here is a cheap one on ebay I found https://ebay.us/m/GIqUxE
