Post #1 stated new tyres from shop. You incorrectly inferred old valves. This shows you literally have no experience. You may be an "expert" in the class room, but you are a beginner in the real world.

Post #3 incorrectly asserted old valves for new tyres. freddiemercurystwin correctly confirmed that would not be the case.

He confirmed changing of valves when changing tyres. That makes him a more experienced expert than you.
