Unless the pipe is speedfit, the susperseals are a PITA to insert and usually get destroyed when trying to remove them... Even if the pipe is JG, it's still a pain. Make sure you use plenty of silicone spray on them.

I agree. If no grub or set screws then I'd be trying to see if the escutcheon plates unscrew to reveal any fixings.

Running a heat pump and charging an EV is going to require more than a new radial circuit! Repipe highly likely. Oh and for you to get the grant there's the MCS costs to the installer to. And gov has been fining manufacturers of heat pumps for every unit they don't sell, so those costs have now...
