Bosch washing machine cycle taking too long.

So you think it is unlikely to be the cold water inlet? I don't think it is a pump issue was there is no water stuck in the machine. How easy it is to check the pressure sensor pipe?

Bosch washing machine cycle taking too long.

I replaced the carbon brushes not too long ago.. but will look... I guess another thing to look at/it could possible be is the inlet valves maybe?? It seems to work fine on rinse only cycle, spin only is fine. Both hot and cold washes are the same problem, it doesn't seem to add another round of...

Bosch washing machine cycle taking too long.

Thanks, I am not home till later this evening, but have been told that the machine is filing water and not changing it, doesn't rinse properly and the clothes stays dirty. It is taking/draining off water, but not filing again and rinse.

Bosch washing machine cycle taking too long.

Did a rinse only cycle and that worked fine. Will try a spin only. A cold wash didn't work completely fine as it should. I will borrow a multimeter metre today, what do I need to do with that? Thanks for your help guys

Would taking it off and cleaning it with contact cleaner/acetone or alike help/work?

Bosch washing machine cycle taking too long.

Other than the heating element and/or pump.. what else could be causing the problem or is it time to replace this machine?

Bosch washing machine cycle taking too long.

It doesn't give an error as such, like E21 for example when the carbon brushes needed replacing. There doesn't seem to be any problems with the door as that is what the top hits on the search suggest. So is it likely to be heating element, pump or something else?

Bosch washing machine cycle taking too long.

I don't have access to any electric meter unfortunately. On a cold cycle it works but doesn't rinse,it's spin only the first water which comes and not changing it.

Bosch washing machine cycle taking too long.

A rinse cycle works okay - will try doing a cold wash cycle to see if that works okay to see if it is the heating element that has stopped working. Thanks for the pointers guys.

Miele WT945 - no water going into drum

Everything looked fine on the boards.. there was no rust or "chalking"/white powered anywhere but I will go with it and see how long it lasts. For anyone interested Miele do a £289 fixed price repair.. but didn't check if they would cover my machine as usually they cover stuff from 15 years ago.

Miele WT945 - no water going into drum

Some good news... I am not sure what happened but I put the machine back together today after taking it apart to check the 3 circuit boards on front panel and thought why not try the machine again... and it now works!. I did an empty rinse cycle and it worked without any errors. So I did a...

Miele WT945 - no water going into drum

I get the flashing red light "Water inlet/drain indicator" when I put on a wash or rinse cycle, after it fills the drawer for a few mins/i can see the water coming in and hear the drain pump going - letting the water out the drain hose. Is that not the error message??

Miele WT945 - no water going into drum

Here is better versions of the circuit board CAD drawings if they are helpful - managed to digout an old scanner instead of using the phone to take pics https://ibb.co/h1F8hpWM https://ibb.co/XkShDjNc https://ibb.co/9H9x2sBY https://ibb.co/SwQpQ6YL I thought that if the relay was stuck in...

Miele WT945 - no water going into drum

There is only one pipe that goes to the drum from the drawer and it is connecting up fine and with no blockages Darn, I forgot to do that test before taking the controller boards apart. Will put everything back together and try that, most likely tomorrow now. Feeling a bit under the weather...

Miele WT945 - no water going into drum

There is a secondary board (EFL900) that has 3 orange and black with connects to the mainboard (EPW900). The reason I thought relay for the pump might be elsewhere is that in there is mention of M8 (drain relay) in both the diagrams and in one of the diagrams it looks there is a 2 pin/wire...

Miele WT945 - no water going into drum

Thanks and woohoo.. I managed to get knobs then board out!. It all looks fine to my eyes. However I found some circuit board diagrams in wallet attached to the inside of the machine. I am wondering whether the drain pump relay is not on the mainboard out elsewhere on the machine with a wire from...

Miele WT945 - no water going into drum

Has anyone removed the pcb board on a miele before? I am struggling to remove it and the front knobs too. I tried putting a flat screwdriver in the gap behind the knobs the pulling on them but they are not coming off.. I don't want to snap them off or break them. Is there any tricks or correct...
