Get a peice of 18mm ply, cut to size to fit the gap, then glue the upvc onto the ply and cut it out and fit into place. Push into place and silicone around the edge. Andy

Call out a plumber who can freeze the pipework under your sink and fit a new lever valve...

You can fit 2 hole saw together, where the smaller size is the guide and the larger one cuts the hole. Andy
