Sorry to reopen this question, but I popped back to Wickes to get a pack of the normal non super-seal inserts and they were also labelled twist lock! They also seem to have a little nick out of the edge which looks like it might be part of the twist lock system. Slightly confused!

Thanks, I might do that. From what I have seen so far in other rooms, there is no insulation between the internal walls and the external walls are dot and dab so also don't have insulation.
