Anyway I just noticed and somebody else I think already said The rule says a CB can be used as a switch so therefore it can only be line/phase

Stop would ya :D That means lights and appliances must have all live conducors disconnected So lighting therefore would need the neutral switched if the definition of 'live' includes N at that time
