Hi Im letting a house out. The tenants dont ventilate the property/drying clothes inside etc... The walls are dripping with condensation and black mold everywhere. Other than their health (which Ive told them Im concerned about!) what damage realistically can black mold and heavy condensation...

Thanks. So I should turn water off going into the cistern with spanner; flush the toilet; sponge out any water thats left; then do as you suggest?

Hi all Ive noticed a trickle from the cistern into the toilet bowl. The overflow is above the water level so its not that. What else could it be? Perhaps I should try and adjust the white spindal top left of picture? (I presume the blue plastic piece to the right of it controls the water...
