    Replacing fanflue gas fire with electric

    Hi there hope someone can clarify something for me! we have an old fan flue fire (fan at back of house) in our house as we have no chimney, we are looking to replace this with an electric fire. Can someone please confirm what (and who should do it) needs to happen after the gas engineer...
