    Thanks but I cannot physically manage the Godfather posts( which I did look at ...that's why I wanted something that was easier for me to manage...and those steel attachments looked ideal as long as they would be strong enough.

    The mains feed is the one attached to the ballcock in the tank I believe...if that is so then it is connected to that pipe BUT there are other pipes connected to it also ....ie the shower pipe is not the first in line so to speak

    Back again...I have previously measured output from shower head at what it would be used at and got 3.2lts per minute..I have now tested cold water tap in the bath and get 12lts per minute...the cold water tank in the loft is approx sited 8/9 ft away with the 15mm pipework going to the shower...

    Ok...thank you for that...my nephew is a plumber and a Friend an electrician..so that will be ok...but would that type of shower give me the increase in water output/power/flow from the shower itself as it has an internal booster ? Cheers again.
