Gully inside conservatory often blocked, can it be removed?

I had the water company (Severn Trent) out a couple of times in the last 3 years. The first time there was a big blockage 3 or 4 houses downstream, another one the blockage was right at my gully trap (they unblocked it by rodding it) This time the blockage seems to be right at the junction so...

If I fit a sealed bottle gully, would any future blockage back up directly to the kitchen sink?

What price should I expect to pay for a cctv survey? And how can I find a reputable drain surveyor?

Gully inside conservatory often blocked, can it be removed?

So I bought a drain cleaning pipe for my pressure washer and managed to push it past the trap (it took me a while) up to a point where it wouldn’t go forward. I moved it a bit back and forward (while pulling the trigger on the karcher) and all of a sudden all the water inside the gully drained...

Gully inside conservatory often blocked, can it be removed?

The current pipe from the kitchen sink to the gully is in 40mm; would it need to be converted into a bigger diameter for the section to be buried in the floor? The section from the sink to the current gully cannot be changed

Gully inside conservatory often blocked, can it be removed?

leaving it above ground isn't feasible either, there's a door in the way (between conservatory and utility) (all doors marked in indigo)

Gully inside conservatory often blocked, can it be removed?

No, it’s concrete, no suspended floor. If I had to dig the concrete, would it be a good idea to run such a length of pipe without any other maintenance/rodding access?

Gully inside conservatory often blocked, can it be removed?

unfortunately nobody knows where the other end of the drain is; probably in the neighbor's patio (on the left), but then there is the problem of how to get into my section: there must be a T junction somewhere, as there is another house on the right (see my sketch)

Gully inside conservatory often blocked, can it be removed?

I have a gully inside my conservatory serving the kitchen sink and dishwasher. I don't know why it has been left there, but it clearly was an outside gully before the cnservatory was built. It happears the conservatory was built and the drain wasn't moved to the patio (maybe it was difficult to...

Radiator plumbed with return on top

Very interesting. How did you calculate the power? With everything being equal, it should just be proportional to the delta T, right?

Radiator plumbed with return on top

It’s a solid wall so it would be a bit messier than that

I was thinking maybe an internal diverter or something like that; I know they exist for certain applications
