Assuming you have fully opened the incoming water main tap then I would be checking for blocked Filters. Have you checked the inlet filter on the cold inlet to the tap

Is the hot supply at kitchen sink tap ok

Have you checked the boilermate is full of water

How did you drain the system did you turn the incoming water mains off. Is the basin and toilet mains or tank fed.

The rgi will carry the washers required and then test the installation for Gas tightness.

Then you may need a 2" one

Electric shower always handy for when the combi breaks down. Unless you've got good water pressure unlikely all 3 will work at the same time.
