    a sealed system should very very rarely need topping up (ie) never think about it its a sealed system water cannot escape! (unless there is a problem) the external filling loop has a non return valve on it... also the loop on the boiler has a non return on it.... yes loops should be removed...

    of course they carry all parts most of the parts are plastic ffs i find worcester tech and staff good but ffs why so much plastic. pin holes here and there exchanger with a bigger six pack then me ( :oops: )

    Well good luck with that The last 2 years of installing nothing but Valliant 6 have come out of the box faulty. So if a non reg guy installed it good luck with you warranty I used to install nothing but valliant I will not be installing one again!
