The screw shouldn’t be an issue, unless you’re getting a tamper fault. Did you do a bell test following replacing the battery?
I’d be inclined to delete the bell from the system and re-learn
If your installer can’t see any requests for phone authorisation then I’d suggest double checking your System ID is correct in the app. Be careful of the 0/Os and 1/Is
Static IP address will allow for sped up playback on ProControl. Other than it it’s setting up a DDNS to log into the NVR which would also allow the sped up playback
