Yes it will happen again due to down firing Ali heat exchanges they are weak, a bit like the glowworm flexicom, had same issues Good luck

Intergas all the way for heat only, not sure what there tech/support is like but good bit of kit as it's very simple design and heat ex is like 22mm pipe so can't see it blocking up Good luck

Could be a number of issues i.e. Is there a bypass on system, is the noise only when it's been running and reaching temp, usually if pump or fan it's noise all the time etc. Best thing to do is video the issue on your phone then either call a local engineer or call ideal as a fixed price repair...

Could have a bit of dirt in pressure sensor giving incorrect reading and you top up system which may have over pressured and opened prv. Get your installer back to have a look

Get your installer to do a water sample test and send it via either Fernox/adey/sentinel there the company that make chemicals to keep/clean heating systems, you then get a certificate to confirm either way! Good luck but give your installer a chance maybe he has to come back to clean system

Has the pump been changed? Has the flow pipe got the rubber hose on it? Is the expansion vessel set point to much or not set up for system. When bg power flushed they may have dragged muck in boiler

Hi make sure you have got the correct output as on viessmann heat onlys you cant range rate the heating,unlike other brands,this will mean boiler will cycle alot and if over 24kw make sure its 28mm pipe min to allow heat transfer otherwise it will not sense on return thermistor. Hold up---- you say a combi but you have a y plan with zone valve,cylinder and tank. Also you set temp to 55 and it cuts out then that sounds to me like its doing its job,you need to up temp on heating to 66-70 oc then check operation Sounds like things dont add up
