    Building Regs for Outside Steps

Normally for dwellings any overall rise of over 600mm ought to have handrails and comply with Part K but thousands of homeowners do what they like so I would n be too worried. That said a set of stairs with uneven gongs/risers can often be dangerous especially for those not familiar with them...

Inbuild speaker system in kitchen ceiling

I use one of these in the garage https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07BQC7GNL?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2&th=1 , it's mounted under the workbench out of sight and would be small enough to mount under kitchen wall cupboards assuming you had a pelmet but easy to use with muscle memory...

    Shed roof leaking

Well the rest of your roof will likely fail somewhere else before your Bostic. Permanent means forever so it should not really be used in the description of any kind of repair solution.

    Shed roof leaking

Those products are fine for this purpose, although they're aimed at quick temporary repairs rather than long term repairs. Besides it seems you have nothing to lose.

    Garden house dimensions maths check

Yes, this does make you kind of sound a bit like 'one of those customers', as has been requested numerous times, break down exactly what and how you asked for (were there any drawings?) and what has been built, otherwise it looks a bit like you're trolling.

    Sloped angle guttering

So my second image is correct. Hmm what a pickle, should've thought about the gutter beforehand, precisely because of this.

    Sloped angle guttering

Why would you want to do that? Is this already built like this?

    Sloped angle guttering

Is this correct? Or do you mean there is a silly angle change in the footprint like this:

    French Door measurement

Sure but if the builder gets it a bit off then you'll be the one left carrying the can. Can you rely on the builder to build it completely accurately?
  17. freddiemercurystwin

    French Door measurement

Well if you order windows without the finished sizes then you have to hope the builder gets it spot on so you're increasing the risk of things going wrong.

    French Door measurement

I would expect to employ a builder to remove the windows and create the new openings and then temporarily board up. Then get the french doors ordered to fit the actual finished opening sizes.
